Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age. Be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Be able to obtain at least a 2nd Class Medical Certificate. Receive and log ground training from an authorized instructor. Accumulate and log a specified amount of flight time from an authorized instructor. Pass FAA Commercial Pilot Written Knowledge Test. Pass an FAA Practical Test (Oral and Flight) Add “Hold at least a Private Pilot Certificate” to the bottom
